By accessing or using our Services (including inperson work including those not through platform and all communications including email) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or use any of our services and or products and or anything. If you do use them you are agreeing to ALL of our terms and conditions, not limited to just what is posted on this page.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Proper Use

You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on RobinsonHomeServices.

You will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access RobinsonHomeServices, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission.

You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on RobinsonHomeServices.

You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.

You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.

You will not use RobinsonHomeServices to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of RobinsonHomeServices, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other RobinsonHomeServices functionality.

You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.

You will not create a fake account of someone else other than yourself.

You will not take or attempt to take RobinsonHomeServices orderers (people who order service, or are provided service or use our services) to another service. If you do so you agree to pay $800 fee per occurrence at our sole discretion.

You will start doing with a worker who uses the Robinson Home Services platform while not going through the platform. If you do so you agree to pay a $800 fee per occurrence or our sole discretion.

You will not advertise or solicit any other businesses, companies, enterprises, products, etc to anyone you meet or interact with while you are a user of RobinsonHomeServices.

You must be least 18 years old to sign up as a worker on RobinsonHomeServices.com.

You agree that Robinson Home Services is not responsible for anything that happens to you, your property, or any damages, loses, etc that incur from the use of our services. You also agree that you fully uinserstand that people providing service on Robinson Home Services are independent contractors and are in no way employed by Robinson Home Services.

Service Details

Snow Removal service includes no more than the driveway, sidewalks, and walkway to the front porch unless other wise agreed upon by Robinson Home Services LLC. Snow removal is only done in the front of the property unless other wise agreed upon by Robinson Home Services LLC. Snow Removal will be defaultly performed after the storm stops.

If we determine that you are leaving the location that you ordered work to be done at, we reserve the right to cancel the order without providing a refund for the service(s).

Payment Processing For "Worker" Accounts

Payment processing services for independent contractors (A.K.A "workers") on Robinson Home Services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”).

By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate a worker account on Robinson Home Services, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time.

As a condition of Robinson Home Services enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Robinson Home Services accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Robinson Home Services to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

If you sue Robinson Home Services or, take Robinson Home Services us to court, or cause any damages to anything related to Robinson Home Services you agree to pay ALL of the fees or losses (this includes all types of losses possible) to Robinson Home Services LLC.

Note that prices for leaf removal are for raking the leaves in the front of the house only.

If you cancel service on the same day of service, or when we have people on the way or actively at the property where the work was ordered to be done you agree to pay 10 times the original total order cost of the service. Also you agree that you will pay a $500 fee. You agree we can charge you the $500 fee and /or the 10 times your original order fee at our discretion.

You agree that if you are talking with a Robinson Home Services service provider, they reserve the right to leave the property at any time and you agree we reserve the right to charge you 10 times the original total order cost of the service.

By using our platform, or even clicking anything on our website, app, anything that we Robinson Home Services own, use, or operate or any other adjectives that have been left out , you are agreeing to our terms here and you agree that you will not sue us AKA Robinson Home Services, take us to court, reverse a charge originating from anyone or thing affiliated with Robinson Home Services, or even post negative information about us or our services anywhere and you agree to pay a minimum fee of $100 USD for doing so. In the case of chargeback or reversing charges you agree to pay 10 times the charge that you reversed along with any fees or monetary loss that we faced from your chargeback and/or charge reversal

If we find or deem that you are providing inaccurate information to us AKA Robinson Home Services, you agree to be charged a fee of $500, or 10 times the total order cost of your order and you agree to pay which of the two options is larger and you agree that we will tell you which fee you will pay.

You agree we AKA Robinson Home Services and/or Robinson Home Services contractors AKA "workers" can provide service to you when you order at any time at our discretion.

If we decide to sue you or take any action against you, you agree to pay all expenses for yourself, and us AKA Robinson Home Services LLC that are incurred during said process.

If we deem you have provided us with, or attempted to provide us with fraudulent information in any fashion, you agree to give us the accurate information that you were not giving us, and you agree to pay us a fee of $1,000 or 10 times your order total which ever is larger as our AKA Robinson Home Services sole discretion.

If you choose to take any action against us in any way, shape, or form you agree that we get to choose how those actions are performed, where they are performed, when they are performed, why they are performed, and how they are performed at our sole discretion.

Getting Paid

IMPORTANT: On RobinsonHomeServices.com you are working as a independent contractor, and not an employee.

You consent to filling out a W-9 Form before you will be able to receive earnings from Robinson Home Services. By signing up on RobinsonHomeServices.com you agree to fill out the W-9 form we send you completely and accurately.

Below you can find a chart of the schedules for sending money to your debit card on different days of the week. When you send money to your debit card, all the money in your available balance is then sent through the transferring process to your debit card.

Note: There is a seven day wait after your first attempt at sending your money to your debit card when you are doing it for the first time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time, without prior notice. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
